Peschier prepare a kayak with 7 places

How did you spend days after the season?
After the World Championships I stayed home to take time with my friends. Then I start preparing a new boat for the International Marathon Gorges de l’Ardèche – kayak with 7 places from CRC and team Amadonsa inside.

What are you doing in these days?
I restart training with a new C1 so I’m learning my new boat. It’s hard after not doing much of anything for 2 months.

Are you happy with the season 2009?
Sure it’s my best season 7th at the Europeans, 4th at the Worlds and 2nd at World Championships and European teams.

How is going to be your winter preparation?
This winter I’m going to Australia for 2 months with some friends of team Amadonsa.

What are your plans for next year?
For next season I will continue my progression to be able to make a podium at the worlds. This season there are 2 great courses for the Europeans and the Worlds. So I hope to use my level!

Which are your favourite courses?
Bourg St Maurice with lot of water… Seu, Bratislava and Sydney.

Which other sports do you also like?
I did a lot of climbing for 6 years when I was young. So when I can I return on the rocks. Otherwise I love the snowboard but I’m not too mad to do it often because I might get hurt. And additionally all the sports with racket like tennis, squash.
